International Double MBA Programs

A lot of schools offer the international double MBA programs now and I was just wondering if anyone knew if the schools judge your admissions more harshly if you apply with the intent of doing one of these? IE is it harder to get in and will your whole application get dinged vs just the international double component being dinged? Not talking Lauder Institute here btw.. and anymore info from anyone who has done this
