International experience for top masters in finance (Europe edition)

Hey guys,

Just looking for a feedback regarding international experience for masters such as LBS/HEC/alike. I understood that it is the most important factor for them as they focus on diversity and want to see that you will be able to fit. Having said that, I am curious about:

1) is it really the most important factor 2) if you have all other aspects well above, would it still be a problem for admission 3) what is considered a good international experience/exposure (summer schools, family trips, or…)

Many thanks in advance.
