INTERNATIONAL SENIOR AT AN SEMI-TARGET U.S. SCHOOL LOOKING FOR WEALTH / ASSET MANAGEMENT U.S. FULL TIME POSITIONS

I’m interning this summer at a top-10 European bank in IB, but I’ve realized I’m far more excited by markets. After talking with professionals across Europe, I’m convinced the U.S. is where I want to build my career. My firm has no U.S. markets platform, so I’ve been cramming for Asset Management / Wealth Management technicals and feel ready. What’s the best way to land a full-time markets / portfolio management role at a solid U.S. bank—or am I already too late?. P.S. An MBA isn’t an option financially right now—so I’m hoping to make this transition without one.
