Is it possible to get accepted into an M7 MBA program when you don't have enough money to afford it?

I'm an undergraduate student from an EM country. Even though I'm years away from applying to an MBA program, this question is boggling my mind.

Is it possible to apply and get accepted into a top-MBA program when you have less than $10.000 in your bank account? Do these schools have special programs for students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds to help them afford it?

Let's assume, 6-7 years later, I got accepted into any of the H/S/W MBA programs, but I have less than $10.000 in my bank account because of the value of my local currency. Are they going to help me? Maybe with loans or something else? or am I going to lose my chance because I don't have any money to afford it? How does it work?
