Is it worth transfering?

I just attended my first year of school at Deleted and after being there it seems that the business school is weaker than I expected. The alumni network is not that strong or big. I am hoping to break into IB. I will stay my sophomore year at school to hopefully raise my gpa and potentially get an internship in the area from a local PE fund or boutique investment firm. I currently have a 3.65 and I would have to retake the SAT if I wanted to transfer to a target since my score was 560(English)/720(Math). Some schools I was thinking about were NYU and Fordham.
