Is M7 still a possibility with academic dishonesty in undergrad?

Hi all-  I am currently a SWE at a defense company (think Lockheed, Raytheon, Northrup) with 4 YOE. I graduated from a T20 undergrad with a 3.5 gpa degree in CS and am now hoping to get into ib or mbb. However, I did get in trouble for academic dishonesty my freshman year and was placed on academic probation for a year. I have since kept a clean slate and have maintained a spotless record. How much weight (if any) would an incident such as this one hold in my application?  I do plan to report this transgression and will be forthcoming in the application. Is an m7 mba still in play?
