I don't think alumni committing fraud has that much of an impact on a school ranking or prestige. Didn't both Michael Milken and Galleon-Raj go to Wharton?

I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.
 

Lol I can't believe no one else has mentioned that. The OP is wrong on three fronts: 1) Stern is not an M7 2) M7 is a ranking for grad business schools, and this kid was an undergrad 3) The M7 is such a clear-cut ranking because its deans group together for conferences and discussions, it's a well-defined exclusive group. In order for a school to not be an M7, the schools in the M7 itself would have to out the school at fault, not ranking sites/agencies
