Is UTSC management program competitive in job market?

Hi, I'm a newly admitted international student to the coop management program of University of Toronto Scarborough. I heard a few negative comments about this program, wondering if this program is reputable, competitive or not... I'm even starting to worry about my career path, I'm worried that I can't find a job. I really want to enter the consulting firms or investment banks in the future, I want to plan and study hard for my future. Can somebody give me some advice? Appreciate any kind of help. Like what skills do I need to learn now? I notice that Python and Excel VBA is helpful. Thank you so much.
