Jobs open to career switchers?

Aside from consulting and investment banking during MBA recruiting, what are the jobs where your background doesn't really matter at all but you can still land full-time roles paying 125k+? I'm talking about even without doing an internship (I recognize that FT IB is harder to get w/o the internship but you can still get the position)

This is an incredibly greedy and entitled perspective to have... You don't simply deserve a 125k job with no background, no skills, and no internship. You can try commercial real estate, but you had better go in with an enthusiasm for the asset class rather than the forgiving nature of its experience requirements, or your interviewer will see through your BS...
