Lol both are great. Everyone knows Hopkins is a great school. Instead, you should figure out what you are looking for from your college experience.

Hopkins will have school spirit and more of a college vibe. You're also close to one of the highest-ranked EDM venues in the world, Echostage. God I miss that place..

You're only doing your undergrad once, so take full advantage of it. Parties will be lots of fun, and I've heard there's a we're in this together vibe because it's a tough school.

Now NYU, ehh Every time I meet someone that did their undergrad at NYU, I end up not being a big fan of them. Lots of flakey, snakey, fake people. Many have complained there's a lack of school spirit there, and that people are dicks. From my dating experience, NYU girls have huge egos and are really flakey. Not sure how you're gonna get access to drinks being under 21, I'm sure there are bars around NYU that won't card but it's annoying. If you do end up going, would recommend you hang out with students from the liberal arts school if you get the chance. One con about them is some are crazy when it comes to politics. If you aren't a full-blown leftist these people will label you as Hitler. Otherwise, great bunch of people.

DO NOT GO TO HOPKINS, know people that transferred out of there because of how sweaty and how dry the social scene is. Place is quite literally in the worst part of baltimore. I don’t think they place that great relative to NYU or liberal arts schools like Williams, Hamilton, and W&L
