Target UNI Prospects for 22 year old undergraduate UK
I need realistic advice from people in the UK here. I am currently a 19-year-old male from Scotland, and I am returning to education after leaving school at 16 to work full-time in order to financially support my family.
Over the next few years, I aim to complete five Highers by the time I am 21 and three Advanced Highers (A-level equivalent) at a further education college by the time I am 22.
What are my realistic chances of getting into a target university for high finance in the UK (LSE, Warwick, etc.) as a 22-year-old first-year undergraduate? Of course, this would depend on me achieving the highest grades possible.
Do I still have a realistic shot, or are only semi-targets/non-targets realistic at this stage?
Will be on older side but assuming you have a good PS and grades you’ll have as good a shot as any. People have started my course at that age before (LSE)
What course are you doing out of interest?
Your age is pretty much irrelevant here
