Does anyone think that going to law school in your late 20s will add enough value in your real estate career to justify the cost and time?
I am a development manager with 5 years of DM experience and 3 years of acquisitions. I feel like the best real estate guys I know have a legal background and capture value by using it. Not to mention they have been master negotiators.
