Leaving a job after 6 months

Will leaving a job after 6 months ruin your chance at breaking into a top Business school? In terms of MBA process, I'm not entirely sure how much weight is put on where you've worked or how you have progressed, but curious if that has the potential to ruin an application.

Anyone have any experience doing this or know anyone who has that still made it into a top Bschool?
