Looking to transfer to UVA McIntire from IU Kelley

i am currently a freshman at iu kelley. club recruiting hasn't gone too well for me, im in the lower tier ones. with that being said, i think my chance of getting into the investment banking workshop (ibw) is pretty low. at kelley, if you are not in the ibw, you're chance of landing a junior year internship is pretty cooked. tho there are rare cases, its extremely difficult. ibw gives you access to mentors and a network of alumni that wouldn't take you seriously if you weren't in the workshop. and getting into ibw is quite dependent on the clubs that you are in.

so i am looking to transfer home to uva mcintire, and try getting a fresh start from there, and try my hardest to recruit into the good clubs there. so i am just trying to get some more information about the school. what makes uva so special/prestigious? why do the top firms take it so seriously. i know just like kelley, mcintire has its own finance clubs, that probably teach you technicals, interviewing, etc. but what about these clubs make them so special that banks are willing to recruit kids out of them? im trying to find out what uva offers that iu doesn't.

thanks to anyone that is willing to help.
