Low undergrad GPA / MFin, CFA or work experience

Hello

So I a recently graduated from McMaster University in Canada with a 1.9 GPA. First year was a write off due to the typical first year away from home and wanting to party experience. Second and third year I was doing full time PE internships while doing FT school hence my grades suffered. Then my last year I started Real estate development with my buddy where we bought some lots for homes and built custom for customers and we continue to do so, however I am trying to figure out my next step. Should I waste my time doing the GMAT and applying to MFin programs, do the CFA or just try to get a job directly from where I am now in the Finance field? My end goal is IB or PE

If you already have 2 years of full-time PE experience why would you need to raise your grades or take additional certifications?
