If you tell a solid story, and had/have strong extracurricular involvement, I think you'd probably be competitive for some of the M7 programs.

Source/disclaimer: I'm in UG heading into IB and have already done a bunch of research on M7 programs because I plan to apply to some.

Not an expert here, but my knee jerk thought was the 3.2 would probably rule out H/S/W unless there is a lot more behind the work story. 760GMAT plus solid ECs and killer essays get you into the other top 10s tho

"We're not lawyers, we're investment bankers. We call you for the paperwork. We didn't go to Harvard, we went to Wharton, and we saw you coming a mile away."

Are you white Ricky? No disrespect. It would be nice if you had a 'story' to separate you from other ad guys/gals with 700+ GMATs. Like an Ironman event, some volunteering, who knows maybe even a kickball league. You gotta give us something besides a target/semi-target feeder school and a job after graduation to boot. Still apply because your stats are great. But what else you got?
