masters - how useful in europe, beyond entry level recruitment?
I am just curious can anyone shed light on how masters are viewed in europe/UK (I believe the two will be quite distinct) post entry level recruitment. I.e. at later stages in the career, beyond the analyst years? Are they a bonus at all, are they irrelevant and only prior work experience counts?
