MBA after 10 Years of experience
Hi, I am starting my MBA this Fall @ Schulich, after 10+ years of financial service experience in Bangladesh. My expertise lies in Operations Management, Operations Analysis, Project Management & Automation. I have a Masters in Economics degree and passed CFA level 1.
What should be my strategy to break into IB roles in Canada?

I don't know how well Canadian schools place into Canadian IB. I'll assume you don't have OCR, in which case: network, network, network. If you do have OCR, get in touch with the school's IB or finance clubs to see who comes, where students go, etc.
Thank you for your reply. Did you mean Campus Recruitment by OCR? I am new in North America, so still getting familiar with IB terminology here.
