MBA Application Resume

I'm looking for some advice from current or former MBA students. When you applied to your schools, did you reformat your resume to fit the school's template for each school you applied to? If so, is there a handy resource where I can find these templates? Or did you just use 1 resume for each school you applied to? I'm looking to apply to the big 3 + tuck and darden.

It's not really necessary to reformat your resume for each school (although some schools do have a 2-page resume limit and some one, and this you should follow), but yes, you should in general format your career resume and change the content into that of an MBA resume - whereas in your career resume for example, the technical achievements and responsibilities you have accomplished carry a great deal of weight, for an MBA resume, it would be ideal to focus on the skills/qualities than an MBA AdCom might seek (so leadership, teamwork, international experience, negotiation, mentoring, etc.) to strengthen your candidacy. (But most schools do look for the same qualities)
