MBA Asso1 all-in Comp?

Currently at a target MBA starting investment banking recruiting for a Post-MBA Associate role. Haven’t been able to get solid numbers from second years. Would love to know Base and Bonus for As1 - As 3 across the street. Real numbers only please, no BS

Dude this is just an embarrassing post. Base numbers are absurdly easy to find. Search on WSO and find it in hundreds of threads, or go on Glassdoor/similar website to find the same.

Bonuses, why would a second year student know that whatsoever? They haven't received a bonus and likely wouldn't even ask current bankers for datapoints because they're just trying to get the return. Plus, bonuses vary so wildly year to year and across banks, the answer to this would be something like anywhere from $50k-$400k which is not useful.

Also should update your title, you're not a summer associate yet.

I go to a non core school and know this... one of the 2nd years straight up told me what his return offer was (without me asking) during our coffee chat. I kind of doubt if OP is even at a target MBA. This is really easy information to get, heck even career management services have a ball park number they told us at a pre-MBA event.
