Associate recruiting for geographies not represented at info sessions
I'd like to land a role in one of the smaller geographies (Mid-Atlantic, Virginia, DC, etc) , but the banks coming to my school are only representing the larger geographies (NYC, SF, Chicago). How can I leverage the information sessions in recruitment for the smaller geographies where those banks might also have a presence? Any advice greatly appreciated
