MBA Profile for Fall 21 Admission

I graduated from a Top 25 university in 2018 (GPA ~3.5) - I am currently working at a T2 consulting firm in NYC. I'm planning to apply to MBA this Fall and am studying for the GMAT's. I have some solid project experience and good firm development roles within the firm. I'm aiming for 720+ on the GMAT's.

I want to apply to Columbia MBA ED - what are my chances given my profile? What are some good target schools to apply for in Round 1 if Columbia ED doesn't work out?

Spoke with someone the other day who told me, "if you want to go to columbia, get a 700 and tell them you want to help make NYC a tech scene and that you'r enrtrepreneurial".
