MBA Question - Recommendation?

Alright, I am looking at b-schools and was wondering, since the University of Texas has several schools in its system, how these schools are viewed. I understand it is not the same as UT, but it is part of the University system. Would anyone recommend going to this school or another school, in the Dallas area.

Thank you.

Hi Pulary. While I don't know the answer to your question, you may be better off asking in the Business School Barrage section!

It'll get moved there compbker.

Dude, go to UT-Austin. People in TX will look down upon a UT-SA or Dallas degree. Although it is now common for highschoolers with decent grades to get accepted in a 2 year provisional UT-San Ant. or El Paso course and if you're grades are 3.3 or higher you go to UT-Austin. That wouldn't be a bad bet if you can study hard and not get distracted by the masses studying and drinking at a UT-SA type school.

Alternatively, go to Austin Community College, take easy courses, don't party too much this is key, get a 3.75 or higher and get into UT after 30 credits...
