MBA Recruiting Advice

Incoming MBA candidate for fall 2023 at HSW asking current candidates and MBA grads to share your recruiting MBA recruiting experience and advice on lessons learned and how to approach the MBA PE recruiting experience (and what you would have done differently). I did do 2 years banking and 3 years PE experience (all in industrials). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
