MBA Resume College Internship experience?

In order to make my resume one page for MBA applications, I had to remove a lot of stuff.....including my 2 summer internships during college. For now, I have removed the bullet points stating what I did---but I left the name of the company, the department, my title, and the dates on there.

Does anyone have any feedback? Is this appropriate? I feel horrible for 'coz I worked my ass off during those internships!

How much work experience do you have? If you have less than 5 years, your resume really should be 1 page without cutting out key work experience. It's hard to say without looking at your resume, but you are probably including too much detail. If those summer internships are important, and they might not be if they were some time ago, you should try to get them on there with 1 bullet under each.

You have only seconds to capture the interest of the reader. Regardless of length, your resume must capture the attention of the reader on the first page, ideally the first half of the first page. If your resume doesn’t accomplish that, chances are it will end up in the discard pile. Focus the content in your resume on YOUR significant achievements at both current and former employers, and quantify the impact you had whenever possible.
