MFin vs MBA for Re-Recruitment
I'm curious if there's merit to enrolling in FT or Part-Time MFin at a top 20 global MFin if the goal is Re-Recruitment in asset management given 5-6 years of experience (in the ecosystem, but not in the field of asset management).
I've seen fairly decent post-MBA pathways, but most Masters roles are typically more junior.
I'm unsure if that's due to my limited sample size, perception of masters students to be younger or if post-experience masters program are equivalent to MBA.
Any insights?
MBA. MFin/Masters are for pre-experience students, with like 2YOE and recruit to analyst level oppose to the associate level that an mba does.
