Miami University (OH) Reputation

I am a HS senior beginning to make decisions on colleges and am strongly considering Miami University, but I'm not sure of the reputation that it holds. I am not dead set on a career yet but would like to have reasonable entrance options into IB/ER. I also have acceptances from mid-tier state schools (think University of Wisconsin, Penn State, etc.) that I am considering. Financially all of my options are going to be fairly equal. I am essentially looking for any sort of reassurance in Miami University as a good step forward in my future. Through LinkedIn searches, the alumni network seems to be average in terms of placements. If there are any known clubs or organizations at Miami specifically that could also help my prospects I would love to hear some recommendations.
