Military: Enlist or Officer for MBA?

I am considering joining the military (non-combat) for a few years then getting an MBA paid by the government and going back into finance.

Despite having a degree, I prefer to enlist due to the job I would like to do. I understand being an officer is looked at more favorably due to the leadership skills, selectivity, etc.

How much more favorably do MBA programs/firms look at those who enlisted vs. those who commissioned as officers? I appreciate any feedback.
