Morgan Stanley Pre-MBA Insights vs. Summer Internship Recruiting
I’m considering applying to the Morgan Stanley Pre-MBA Insights Program, which includes a HireVue interview. I’m excited about the opportunity, but I’m also concerned—does participating in the Pre-MBA program (especially if I don’t perform well in the HireVue) affect my chances during the actual summer internship recruiting cycle later on?
Is the Pre-MBA Insights Program more educational and exploratory in nature, or could a weak performance now impact my future candidacy? Would it be better to wait and focus my efforts on the formal summer internship process instead?
