Hey Guys,
I have a B.Eng EEE and MSc in Optics and a PhD in laser physics and optical comms all from UK universities. I also have 2.5 years work experience in high rank position in a large telecomm company. Would my profile fit to what Imperial college wants for an MSc Finance?

They place a premium on it as I believe they dont require an GMAT.
But other than that your profile looks solid.
God, I don't know how to translate into GPA but according to the UK system I got a 2.1 on my B.Eng (60%+) and a 67% on my MSc.
Solid enough. You should be competitive for application methinks.

Why would you do an MScF if you already have a PhD in laser physics... seems like you should be able to land a trading job through networking and teach yourself all the finance.
