MSc Finance is it too quantitative? Need Advice!

Some background, I have a bachelors in real estate.  My course had very little DCF modelling, forecasting and excel work mainly formulas and basically no maths, I'm bad at calc, stat etc.

Although, I am very interested in markets and in the long term I think I can become  competitive, but I need a base in Finance.

So if you've done MSc in Finance somewhere or at Edinburgh or in similar Universities, do you study pure maths? If not I think I can handle that, if not I'll have to look elsewhere.

Any advice would help, thank you.
