MSF Claremont McKenna international student IBD
I was recently admitted into the MSF program at CMC, and I am interested in moving to IBD after the program. I currently work in a non-finance role at a F100 company and completed my undergraduate studies 2 years back. I am increasingly hearing that most banks even the BBs don't typically sponsor work visas for entry-level Analyst positions. It also seems that since most of these MSF programs are 1-year programs..they aren't really suitable for breaking into IBD because you don't have the opportunity to do an internship. (unless you do an internship before you start the program which I can't do because of Visa issues).
Any recent MSF grads have any thoughts about this?
