No, I would have to apply next Fall for spring admission due to transfer credit BS. However, I am not particularly worried about getting in... I would be applying with above a 3.8.

It's really about..

Do I stick it out here, for 6 more semesters, or do I just finish college in 3 and go pursue bigger and better things.

 

I can't believe we let people transfer so easily, I hate it.

Most transfers do not get into the business school. It'll be a big red flag that you'll be so much older than the other applicants (who are sophomores). It will also be a big red flag that you don't have any internships given your age. The fact that you assume you'll get in shows me that you haven't done your research.

It seems like you want to take the easy way out. If so, you should definitely go back to state.
