Never heard of the program. I would stay away if too many people have not heard of it.
Combined with your degree/experience it will only show you have interest in a particular field. At the end of the day it is all how your work it/network.

Its Certificates teach useable skills that will improve your work performance and employers know this. Many CFA students come to its classes to learn how to actually apply concepts in the real world. it is owned by the Financial Times.
