No junior year internship offer(been here since high school )

I am frantically emailing boutiques in the area to see if i can secure something unpaid .It is late i understand that I am praying somehow i get lucky , I really don't understand the year flew by i got a few interviews here and there but nothing came out of them what roles should i be targeting or what should i be doing right now I am really just looking for some guidance it seems my best options is keep emailing boutiques have an internship with my school in an equity research capacity however i don't think this is really going to carry much weight as it is remote . I have  3.6 my GPA is not terrible should i gear my efforts towards ft, should i start looking at adjacent roles i could potentially transfer into Ib , I am really just looking for some guidance .Please let me know .
