Non target school

How hard is it to make going to a non target school work? I go to a literal no name school so I’m worried about being able to network and get good internships. What is everyones thoughts on making it the school work instead of transferring. It would be a lot of work and my gpa would reset if I transfer so I’d love peoples opinions.
