non-target to target

Hello,

I was recently accepted to and will be attending a target in the fall as a transfer from a shitty state school. For those who have done the same, how does your lifestyle change? Do you take a breath and just do the obvious (high GPA etc.) to get a job in IB, or is it still an insane networking/knowledge constant grind?

Thanks!
