Nontarget - how to get into HYWS MBA

Hey! I think I want to go for an MBA. I want to start up a boutique bank down the line, and I really want the knowledge and connections that target schools give. I'm a nontarget with a 3.7 GPA, going to a known investment bank post graduation(CS, UBS, JEF, Barclays). I'm pretty confident that I'm going to get a high GMAT Score, and I'm planning to apply for a 2+2 program (I'm diversity, please don't kill me). What should I focus on during my application?Does coming from IB help my chances?Do I have a chance? (NOTE: GPA may very well change this semester, took a calculus class that is hard like a mofo). Does GPA matter that much?Any advice helps. Thanks!
