NYU Stern's Non-Finance Majors

I am considering a business/finance/consulting career: would NYU Business Economics be a good major choice? I hope this isn't coming off as somewhat ignorant, but I've never really heard about Stern majors outside of finance and I was wondering: how are the other majors in NYU Stern? I only have one internship experience and AP Econ under my belt but I'm considering a career in consulting/analytics but also investment banking and I feel as if Economics would be a better fit for m e but I would also be open to being a Finance major
