Paying for grad school

Hey folks - looking for insights / advice on best way to pay for graduate education. I’m in a position where my liquidated assets could cover the cost of tuition and living expenses for the duration of the program, but I’d be left with approximately zilch. Markets been cranking lately so I’m curious if others think it makes sense to finance regardless of the ability to pay in cash. I know interest rates are not ideal but there’s a chance I can get a guarantor, which I imagine would decrease the rate due to less risk, but just a guess. Appreciate any insights, thanks in advance.
