Yes, Vandy’s masters in finance places into IB. The OCR should have stats on which banks hire from the program every year, but it’s often discussed as a go to program for placing well in IB. Not really sure about ER, not the best industry these days.

I suggest adding a few others in too, MIT's is a very strong one that places well, Columbia's is a bit newer but I know some grads that did well from it. I would avoid the 'cash cow' programs like Cornell's MPS and Georgetown's masters in finance.

They placed like half their cohort in IB last year so yeah lol it is possible
Spoken to a few alumni from Vanderbilt MSF, the program is amazing. Shame that I was deemed overqualified by adcoms (2 years of exp) and they redirected me to the MBA program instead, which doesn't have a strong foothold in IB yet.
