Post-MBA LO Mid-Size AM ($20B-$80B) Comp Progression/Hours
What can be expected for the compensation progression and hours for a boutique AM shop (Harris/Fred Alger/Fayez Sarofim, etc..)? I heard that the hours are better compared to Fidelity/Capital Group, but is there a comp tradeoff? I am starting my MBA at an M7 program and not sure if I would be better off just sticking to consulting because LO AM roles are so hard to come by. Any advice would be great.
