Hey everyone,
Wrapped up my MBA summer internship on the deal team of a large, specialized REIT recently, but unfortunately did not convert a full-time offer (1/3 - 1/2 of the class was asked back). I was given great feedback on work ethic/output, but was told that I was "disrespectful to a partner" through one of my summer projects, which was the nail in the coffin. My boss is also happy to write a recommendation going forward, but how do I navigate the "did you get a return offer" question? Withstanding the above, plus the fact that I'm an international student, am I at a significant disadvantage relative to my peers for re-recruiting? Any and all input is much appreciated!
