Pre MBA: Résumé Building Tips

All:

I am fresh out of undergrad right now, I received my Bachelors in Computer Engineering (from a regional T2 university) last May and landed a decent job. The job offers a decent tuition reimbursement program that I plan on taking full advantage of. This fall I will be starting to earn credits for an MS in Computer Science with an expected graduation of 2015.

My career goal is to eventually hold a position of IT management or project management. I plan on getting an MBA, and preparing for the GMATs immediately following the masters. My goal is to be accepted into MIT/Harvard ideally; but I know this weighs heavily on my UG GPA and gmat score. I was just curious as to what activities admission committees would like to see on an application?

My Softs:
3.4 GPA
Software Developer Position (will have 4-5 years of out of undergrad work xp when applying)
Tons of philanthropy activities in undergrad.
President of fraternity in undergrad
