Projects to work on outside of work/school for CB
Hey, I'm trying to get into CB and wanted to beef my resume up with some projects. I have some ideas but was wondering if anyone had anything else. For now, I'm considering an investment blog or sample stock pitches, but I don't know how relatable that is to the work in CB. Any ideas?
CB? As in corporate banking? Idk if projects would really help tbh- I guess something tangental to finance as a whole like the stuff you mentioned could make a marginal difference? Best bet is to keep up that GPA and network though. I guess joining one of your school’s good finance clubs could be a good point too if you’re just trying to beef up your resume for internships.
I was talking about commercial banking, but I'm guessing the answer doesn't change much anyways. Gonna keep up with networking, thanks for the advice!
