Prospect Mortgage LO Trainee-LEGIT or SCAM

Googled these guys, can't find anything that appears its a MLM scheme, but still sounds not very legit. Anyone have experience with these folks?

ya, that's what i think too. Anytime i see an ad like that saying "Anyone is welcome, you'll love this blah, blah , blah," I'm wary.
