Question about Summer analyst internship and full time recruiting
Is experience/internship certificate necessary for FT IB analyst recruiting? I mean do recruiters require some kind of certificate(as we use in 3rd world countries) to verify your internship?
Any ideas about that? do you have to hand in your actual internship certificate/review document (assuming you interned at a BB before and are again applying at a BB for FT or another SA position)? Or is a simple confirmation that you worked there enough? or do they even check it themselves via background check?
