Real Estate Broker vs Investment Banker

Deciding my future, as a real estate broker or investment banker. I still have college to decide, but as a high school senior I have narrowed by two future careers to these two. Schools I am considering to attend are, Wisconsin - Madison, Indiana - Bloomington, Illinois - Urbana, Texas - Austin. They all have great real estate programs and decent IB programs, I am also applying to Northwestern and Michigan, because they have a great IB program. My chances at these schools are very high.

Looking down the line in my future, do I become a real estate broker in a hot market area or work as a banker. I have a family member doing really well as a Real Estate broker, but do not personally know an Investment Banker. Any tips, advice, or comments on the two working fields, in terms of success and what I should do in college to help myself in either of these fields. I'll be honest here, I have trying to find a job that pays really well and am willing to work for it and these two interest me. Again any tips appreciated, I don't mind harsh comments either, just need some advice. Thank you!
