Resume for Grad School vs. Work Resume

Hey guys,

I am currently applying to b-schools for the deferred admission programs to see if I am able to get in and not have to worry about it while I work. I had a question regarding the resume to use for the applications though.

How should the resume for these applications look? Is it the same one you used when applying for jobs? The webpage mentions it can be 1-2 pages. When looking for jobs it is standard to use only one page. If I should use a different resume, how should it be changed or how should it look?

Looking for anyone's valuable opinions and feedback. Thanks in advance!

Most schools have their own individual formats, if you can find a way to reach out to current students and get their format that would be a big plus; it would also be an excuse to network and build rapport with the school.

If you're not up for that, a standard one page resume is fine- the same thing you'd use professionally.
