The benefits of retaking these exams are always present. However, you should consider the marginal benefit; in this case, I don't think the trouble is worth it. Even if you got 800 on the GMAT, you'd be using that strictly for the occasion when a firm asks you for the score. Same with the SAT, which you'll no doubt encounter even less frequently.

I think your efforts are best spent elsewhere.

You should have gone for an MSF, a non-target MBA throws out your last chance to rebrand yourself.
